Garrett Beserra has been a real estate professional since 2016 and has sold over $100,000,000 in the Denver Metro area. Garrett is not only a real estate broker, but he is also a real estate investor, developer and short-term rental host. He truly understands how the market is performing and all the forces that affect real estate values in the state of Colorado. As a Colorado native he has experienced firsthand the rapid growth of the Denver Metro area over the past 30 years.

Before Garrett was a broker he worked as project manager for a Denver developer and in this role, he learned the process of building residential homes from the ground up. This has allowed him to understand the process, timing and contracts builders use. He still maintains a close relationship with the developer as he lists their properties and invests in their projects. Garrett also worked for Travelers Haven, a short-term housing company, which provided services in relocation. This position helped him gain an understanding of rental markets in Denver.

Garrett has immersed himself in real estate investing and has helped multiple real estate investors on their journey to building passive income and wealth through real estate. His passion to help investors become successful is something he truly takes pride in. Garrett also practices what he preaches as he has multiple investment properties, Airbnb investments, and house hacking investment. Garrett prides himself in his new development business as he helps developers locate new opportunities and determine its highest and best use for each parcel. Once the best use is determined Garrett helps developers align with architects, civil engineers, and designers to create a new and sophisticated look that will sell efficiently without breaking the budget. Garrett has sold over $50 million dollars in new development projects and is in the process of entitling multiple townhomes and apartment projects.

Throughout Garrett’s professional life, he has asked questions and listened with intent, to understand his mentors’ and customers’ thoughts, lessons, and preferences. Garrett leverages these skills to provide his customers with the best possible service. Combined with his ability to analyze problems and generate solutions that address his client’s needs and preferences, Garrett connects his customers with a home that not only meets their needs, but is also the best overall investment for their future.
