Dave is a Colorado native and has a passion for Real Estate and the built environment.  A Real Estate broker since 2013 and practicing architecture since 1995.  Dave also owns MmD Architecture,  a thriving architecture practice with a focus on Developer clientele.  Real Estate, buildings and development are his professional passions, client and customer satisfaction is the source that fuels that passion.
