Meet Daniella Garza, a dedicated realtor in the Austin Locals Group at MODUS Real Estate. Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, Daniella is now thriving in the State’s Capital. She seamlessly embraces the dual role of a successful real-estate advisor while also managing to earn a degree as a college student at the University of Texas. 

Daniella’s passion for real-estate was ignited early-on as she realized her parent’s investment ventures provided her an opportunity to follow their lead and pave her own professional path - breaking through barriers traditional nine-to-five jobs couldn't afford.  

Once licensed, her career began with a bang as she started her career as a leasing agent in West Campus at UT and quickly climbed the ranks becoming a top producing agent. Seeking new opportunities to broaden her knowledge base and expertise, Daniella joined the Austin Locals Team at Modus Real Estate to pursue residential real estate, specializing in buying, selling, and investing.
