Dana, a degreed design/development/REALTOR® professional, has a remarkable portfolio of hundreds of property builds, renovations, rentals and sales spanning almost two decades and has been the multi-year recipient of prestigious real estate honors including the WSJ Real Trends America’s Best 1.5% Agents award recognizing the top 50 solo agents in Austin and Top 200 in Texas (based on individual sales volume), PlatinumTop50 Finalist, and ABJ Residential Real Estate recognition.  At the core of all she does, Dana is committed to finding and adding value to every project and transaction. She takes an active role in increasing Austin’s limited infill housing options by spearheading the development and design of dozens of construction projects right now with her company Making Modern Home LLC. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Austin Infill Coalition and is actively involved in civic, wellness and church endeavors. Dana hails from St. Louis and began her career producing award-winning designs for many Fortune 500 campuses while simultaneously renovating inner city properties for a modern lifestyle. Relocating to Austin for its vibrant, entrepreneurial culture in 2011, she still brings a strong Midwestern work ethic. She's a dedicated, hands-on agent whether finding unique off-market new construction for buyers, listing properties for builders, restoring Austin’s few older homes, perfecting ADU designs, or donning a hardhat and work boots to get the job done.
